Lease requirements - Minimum credit score 620 with minimum income of 2 times the monthly rent. Renters insurance with the landlord named as additional insured is required. Every adult applicant is required to complete an application. Each application must be submitted with a Government-Issued I.D. copy of Social Security Card or Tax-Payer Identification Number, proof of income (Two Recent Paystubs/Employment Offer Letter and/or 2 month's bank statements. Applications will be declined for the following reasons: failure to provide proper identification, no verifiable income or salary; failure to meet established income requirements, falsification of the application, negative credit history, eviction record, adverse landlord references, or prior lease violations, convictions for certain felony offenses or property damage.
